broken water pump blade

so a blade is missing form my water pump..... Anyone know from expereince or ka24de knowledge where the piece will end up and wether or not i need to extract it ?

might want to hook up a garden hose from the other side of the block where the coolant goes out from, and put high pressure through there and see what you get.

sounds goodi have just put a new head and water pump on car and it has no cooling problems even with a weak e fan on a 85 degree day, im just paranoid about it.
