Have a very well taken care of engine that dropped a valve into the engine, presumably thru the piston and is sticking out the side of the motor. Anyone else here of something like that with this VQ35DE motor in the SE-R or similar engine? Tried to get Nissan to help since it only has 80k miles but they couldn't give a s***, even offered to buy a Brand New Pathfinder if they changed their minds, was trying to show loyalty since they turned me down originally because this is only my first Nissan and they said I was not a loyal customer, and I guess they want to make sure I never become one! Anyway, any feedback is appreciated..

Surprised the dealership turned you down. I'll try to search for a problem similar to yours

It may have something to do with loose screws getting ingested. The dealer was sympathetic for about 5 minutes, they would not go to bat for me though, it was my fight with Nissan even with a A Pathfinder sale on the line. So they sucked just as bad as Nissan did really. Then they want 2500 to install a re-man or used motor, no break on that. Got a guy doing it for 15 plus going thru the motor I bring him to make sure it all good. Trying to get a JDM Motor maybe for the low miles? Any good sources for that?

Thanks
