Broken tabs on the power mirror switch!

So i got into my car after .10 wings night with my girl...

I go to move my sideview mirror up (because i tilt it down everytime i park) and its gone!

The damn thing fell completely into the arm! I pulled the switch panel off, and examined it, 2 of the 4 tabs are snapped off!

WTF!

Bummer ... seems like nothing is made solid anymore ....
