Ok. So my 240 is down now. I'm putting the greddy o2 housing on the back of the s14 t28 and while i was tightening the bottom nut, you know...the impossible one, fricking broke. And the cobalt drill bits i have aren't doing anyting. I put the o2 housing on with the other 4, but you can see that it will leak bad. What am i going to do? The 240 is down and i can't get this motor in without putting this o2 housing on!

get a better drill bit, or use an "not so easy" easy out. I bet the easy out will break off in the broken off stud. Thats what happend to me. worse comes to worse, take it to a machine shop and have them get it out.

I don't think you're going to fix this with the turbo still on the car. Pull it back off and try using an "easy out" (probably won't work, never has for me). If that doesn't work, then you're just going to have to drill and tap it.

The motor's outside of the car, so I'll try harder to get the stud out. My new drill bits that made easy work of the flywheel bolts don't do anything to the stud, and the one I'm using is brand new out of the package
