Broken power window switch

My driverside power window switch in my S13 hatch is broken. Is replacing the switch unit a matter of plug'n'play, and how do I remove the unit?

you take off the door cover thingy , there is a screw in the handle and stuff, and some other screws that are around it, not hard to find. then, you gota kinda pry it off around the bottom as it is held on by the little clip things and work it free, then you just remove the switch, i know its not a very comprehensive how-to but you will understand when you see, its hard to explain
