broken oil turbo feed

Hello Ive stripped apart my sr20 and noticed there was an oil leak near exhaust manifold. Now i have a couple options here.

-weld it shut and get the oil feed from somewhere else
-Get it fixed by a professional (costly and Hard to find here)
-weld a threaded fitting on it (half the thread is still there)

What would be my best option here?

Buy a new block. Its not repairable, might be able to weld it if you get it clean enough, but you will have to get a custom feed line and source another oil feed spot. GL
