Ummm... Lock smiths can usually get a key out in less then an hour. May want to give one a call, cost you about 100 bucks.

A. Lock smith and ask for a quote

B. Junk yard and ask if they have key for the car still

C. Take a door lock from junk 240 and ask locksmith to redrill.

B. I've never seen a complete lock set at any junkyard.

C. The term is called re-pinned.

I would just pull the door panel as stated above, unless you're not that confident in yourself. The glue on a toothpick will work, but let the glue set up for a minute as to avoid it seeping down into the pins ruining that cylinder.

you miiigggghhhtt be able to do this with the lock still in the door, but it isn't too hard to go ahead and take it out for this procedure.

you can use a paperclip (or 2) to push the broken key back out from the INSIDE of the lock. Sometimes it takes a LOT of tries before you can get it pushed all the way out where you can grab it with pliers.

Obviously, you have to remove the door panel and roll the window up to get to the inside of the lock. I highly recommend removing the lock because you have a better "feel" for pushing it back out when you are not bending your arm 4 ways just to barely get the paperclip in the lock.

Actually the back of the cylinder is closed.
