Broken headlight weld?

Hi everyone,I have a '93 240sx fastback and my headlights were exeedingly high and shakey. Today, I decided to fix them. I fixed the shakey problem, as it only shakes about 1-2mm up and down, but when it came to adjusting the headlamp height, one of the screws was completely loose. I"m assuming the weld or whatever it was attached to has broken off. Is there any other way I can adjust the headlamp?

you sure the plastic piece the adjuster screws into didnt just pop out?

Well I decided to open up my headlamp again now that I have sunlight, the plastic piece in the back of the screw used to adjust the headlamp up and down has broken in two. Does any place (Kragen, autoparts store) happen to sell this piece?
