Broken front sway bar bolt, how to repair?

Hey all, for those who have changed/removed their front sway bar, one bolt is broken on each side. Its not the bolt that is removable, that twists into the chassis, but the bolt that must be welded to the chassis? How do I replace this bolt, I've looked all around to get to the back side of it, but is covered by sheetmetal everywhere?

I have the same problem I am going to take it to Nissan if they can do something for me.
