Unfortunately my fan shroud broke when trying to replace my radiator. I went to the junker and found no fan shrouds on all 240s there. So I went to Nissan and they charge an arm and a leg and I just dont have that kind of money especially as this is my daily driver. I need help, I dont know what to do because how do I put the air intake back on and the wires so that the fan doesn't chew them up.

Edit: I also didnt have those, as it appears per fsm, the grommets that go on the bottom of the stock radiator and the top to hold it to the chassis.Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.

There's a bunch of part cars in the classified section. Maybe check them out.

Zip ties work great for this.

Also, check our classifieds forum - Bet someone has one they'll sell you for cheap.

I don't run one and I didn't run one for the longest time on my S13 with no ill effects. Best bet is the classified section or a junkyard.

I used to have a/c on my old KA-T hatch. I started to heat up after being on the track over 2 minutes in the dead of summer so I threw on a GM fan in place of the small stock electrical a/c fan deal.

My point was that you won't need the fan shroud in many cases, but if you run your a/c then you NEED it BADLY.

Visit several junk yards. Some junk yards even have web sites. Search!
