I have discoverd I have one stud broken on my RB25 in the very back of the exhaust manifold. I was wondering if anyone sells replacment ones for this engine that would be stonger. Form what I understand it's a comman problem. Also I was thinking that I might be able to extract it without removing the manifold so I don't end up breaking any other ones. Has anyone had any luck replacing them? Any tips?

I remember someone had a post on similar replacements... might wanna search that up... Also if some of the stud is sticking out you might be able to unscrew with some vicegrips, otherwise your gonna have to use a drill out...

those things always bust. It's like an inside joke among RB guys "My manifold studs broke", all RB guys chuckle and say "no way"! Somebody should get ARP on the case.

Yeah I have a busted one too. I am just gonna leave it for now. I don't think it will leak. If it does I will drill it then tap it out and fit it with new studs problem solved.~ANDREW~
