broken digital speedometer

I have a 1992 240sx coupe with a digital speedometer. While driving, the speedometer died and won't come back on heads up display doesn't work either, i checked the fuse and it is good so i don't know what else to check, i don't have much money so i really need to try to fix this myself. please help me

You likely had a failure in your HUD controller very common on these boards do a search in 240 technical section. you will find tons of posts if you just put in "hud" in the search box

seems a lot of people have had problems with dig speedometer, so i'll just buy an analog speedo off ebay thanks

go to the junk yard, you will need the harnes adapter, etc... ill get a list and put it up
