My SR20 has a bolt broken. It is one of the bolts used to hold the exhaust manifold on. I not sure if there is a leak but it doesnt look like it leaks. If it does leak a little during boost wouldnt this cause my AFRs to be off. I really dont want to fix it because its the bolt in the back near the firewall PITA. What do you guys think?

I'm unsure if you're AFR would be off, but I'm in the same boat as you. I have a broken bolt in my turbo. So, on the turbo exhaust elbow I should have 5 bolts on but I only have 4. I pretty sure I have a leak, since I smell exhaust in the car every once in a while. During idle, I can't feel a leak. If you have access to a smoke machine (DJ equipment), you can see the leak. It's just an idea. I understand how you might not be in the mood to deal with this problem (especially if hot weather is a factor), since you're going to have to take off the manifold, boost tubes and anything else that gets in the way. Good Luck.

If you run sea foam through it you will most likely be able to see the leak.

seafoam FTW best tool for finding exhaust leaks
