broken bolt chair mount

ok, you know the metal part of the car that protrudes upwards where the chair bolt screws into, its caved in and broken, how do i fix this?

umm the floor?maybe pictures could helpdo you mean the stud that goes through the back right hole on the seat bracket is broken? is your floor dented in under the seat? is the sheet metal that stud sticks out of dented in?

illl borrow my friends digi cam ASAP, waht i mean is, if you were to unbolt and remove your seat, there are 4 "metal areas" that are part of the car, well one of the rear ones "collapsed" the metal still protrudes but the top of the metal where the threads are broke!!

OK you mean were the seat mounts to the chassis, were there is holes in the carpet for the bolt from the seat to go into the floor right? and im guessing your talking about the back left one? so are the threads just stripped out, or is the mounting point cracked? I think I know what your saying, and I have no idea how to fix that. post up them pictures though.
