There is no front axle on the car. Chances are you have a bent tie rod, lower control arm, and possibly a TC rod. Take detailed pics with the wheel off and send them to me at [email protected] and I will give you a rough estimate. Hope I will be able to help some.

You've got to be able to pinpoint what all is bad before being able to come up with a dollar amount that it will cost to fix it. DustinZ has a couple parts cars and can most likely hook you up with used stuff for cheap that will get you on your way. Have a buddy snap some pictures for you or something.

One thing I did back in the days with my Mustang. If you can drive it just a little, get an appt with a body shop that works with AAA or Liberty Mutual Auto ins. Tell them you'd like to try and fix it with out going thruogh ins. They will give a detailed est. for free and use that list to buy parts from the guy above me. Its kinda sneeky, but free.Do you have full coverage? It may fall under a not at fault. It may not go against you. Good luck

Yeah if you can atleast get some pics posted I can try and help. Also If it drives you can take it to an alignment shop and they can tell you. Call first as some shops are cool and will check your car and if they can't align it (because of defective parts) they don't charge you until you get it those parts fixed and bring it back. Else send me some pics.

Good Luck!!!DustinZ

You will need for sure the left lower control arm, the left side inner and outer tie rods. It does not look that there was much damage to the right side but suspension can be tricky. It is hard to tell from the pics if the right side has any bends or not. Also you will want to check the TC rods (mainly at the bushings) and the upper links. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck and let me know if I can help.

I don't think I'd worry much about the tie rods form the pic's, I'd just replace the LCA, not a bad idea to get that torn tie rod boot while you're working on it (likely unrelated) and get an alignment! you don't want to find out later that things are more out of whack than initialy thought

when i say the right side i mean the passenger side and when i say the left side i mean the driver side

This pic is of the right side:

clearly there is a broken rod of some kind im not sure what it is but its broken.

heres another shot

this is a pick of the left side now

whatever that is its bent like a motha!

what are all the parts you guys mentioned going to cost to replace? someone please give me a rough estimate, and the car is not drivable i cant turn it, both front wheels are pointing inwards as if the car where pidgeon toed. so ima have to have the care towed to a shop but i would like to know what im getting repaird and what the damage is gonna be on my wallet be4 i waste more of my AAA miles towing tha care to a shop.

the broken piece is the TC rod, might be time to upgrade to adjustable aftermarkets, it'll give you adjustable caster, the bent piece is your lower control arm (LCA)

Evildky is right that tc rod is sheared. The TC rods you can get the power trix units and they will give you adjustable caster and they have spherical bearings that take out the oem rubber bushings. They are great pieces. As far as the lower control arm goes, you are better to go with used stock pieces. While you are there check the ball joints and between the new used ones and the ones you have, make sure they are good.

The tie rods are always the softest parts to bend on the front end in any type of collision so chance are there bad. I would change that boot on the rack and pinion while you are there. The only aftermarket piece left you could get that would be worth anything are the upper links so you can adjust camber. Powertrix makes those too. They are really nice pieces. I can get you the power trix stuff and the used parts. The best is to do like you said and get it to the shop first to really asses all of the damaged parts. Email me a complete list when you get time to [email protected] and I can help you out.

was just wondering if ne thing like the tie rod could be messed up with my car. My alighnment was realllly bad on the front until i added an aftermarket camber kit. It brought everything back to specs except the caster (which is about a degree and a half off specs). So my car still pulls to the right any idea what could be wrong?I checked the history of the car and it has never been in an accident .

adjustable aftermarket tc rods will give you adjustable caster, and with the alignment issues you already had that lca could have already been bent
