Great minds think alike... that's what I was going to suggest. "If the dealer won't fix / repair it under warranty (which is doubtful) I would not pay them to install a new radio. I would instead go to a couple car sterero stores or even Best Buy and look at their selection. There are plenty of aftermarket radios that will fit the opening in the Rogue dash, that will offer more functionality, will sound better and cost less than anything a dealer will install. If you are handy and not afraid to tackle the job you can save even more money by installing it yourself. Crutchfield has great technical support and offers all the accessories you'll need to swap it out.

There are also members in this forum who have "replaced" their stock Rogue radios for a better unit. You might want to try searching this forum for threads on the subject and contacting one of them to see if they'll sell you their old radio.

One of the early problems faced by Rogue owners was there were no aftermarket dash fit kits for the Rogue because it was a new car on the market. That is no longer the case. Even eBay has plenty of hem:
