Home Depot, Autozone, misc bolt store. You'll probably need to cut your own to make it fit, and all that will take is a dremel or sawzall.

Edit: Your sig is a tad redundant =P The only place RPS13's were marketed was Japan (and if its sold in japan, its already JDM), the rest of the hatches that were exported were RS13's (euro + aus + nz 200SX), RMS13's (us 240SX), and RHS13's (us 240SX).
