Just replace it. As long as you can get the part, it's an easy fix. I replaced one during an autocross practice session on an S14 with nothing more than a hammer, some washers and my torque wrench (any wrench that will turn the lugnut will work).
When I had an S13, I did drive from northern CA to southern CA on 3 lugs when I had gotten a flat and one of the lugnuts seized onto the stud (shop had to shear it off to get the replacement tire on). Just don't drive hard and you should be fine. Make sure the 3 lugs are torqued down properly too. As long as you are using a hubcentric wheel, most of the weight load will be on the hub center. The torque load primarily is on the friction between the mounting surface of the wheel and the hub. The lugs are there to ensure the friction exists. Lateral loads can burden the lugs quite a bit so avoid racing around a turn. But it really shouldn't take you more an hour to replace it.
