I missed this thread somehow. . . But seriously, this setup is soooo cool. The mini-HUD is amazing, it looks perfect in front of all of the other gauges!

Very nice install, it all looks amazing.

i hope my car is done for your cookout. when is it?

my car hasn't been running for 4 months now.
You got the wrong one if you are wanting to do something like mine. The acrylic piece is part of the HUD module. I posted a unmodified pic of it on the 1st page..... check it out. Or here is a link to it on the Japanese site

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself..... thanks for driving up! Keep an eye out for the next one. Hopefully we'll get a lot of Nissan guys.

No need - AutoMeter makes angled gauge rings (looks like what Broadfield used). I just sold a set on here a couple months ago.
Yeah, he kinda indirectly told me that. As for me and where I'm at in the world right now, it's cheaper for me to go the PVC wedge route, plus it allows me to angle even harder if I need to. I'll show you on my Projekt 200SX thread when it comes time for that part of the build (which will be starting this coming week).

Well, I started the DCC swap yesterday at work. I had a big install lined up for all day and the guy didn't show........ guess I get to work on my own car! Wired it up and mounted the mix air motor etc. I changed out the illumination bulb condoms for some green ones...... looks like it's going to match my Defi's really close. I didn't turn out the lights to really check, but with the lights on they look the same as the Defi's. I still need to mount the sun sensor and interior temp sensor. My wife was riding my azz about getting home and firing up the grill. So my car is in shambles right now. I will be sure to post up some pics when it's finished.
