Just to give you guys a taste of my Bro's new 2005 350z.

To start off music is important to him so in 1st was a full sound system.

The Deck: Kenwood 7015 Touch screen DVD player w/ Excel backup camera and Kenwood Navigation System.Internal Speakers: Infinity Kapa internals w/ Diamond 3400.4 400w ampSubs: 2 10" inch duel 2 ohm JL subs w/ Diamond 3600.1 600w amp. in custom inclosure with neat Z bump up.

Second to go is was a RaceLogic traction control system w/ Launch control and Full throttle shift options. (Fun!)

The Quaife is on order and will be in soon!

We are waiting on all the turbo parts to arrive and will take pics and post soon!

On with the PIC's! (All taken by me with his new Nikon d70s)

My Bro givin the bird.

Hope you like the pic's... The big ones are in my pic profile. Warning: they are all 2500 x 1662.

I know all the (Ordered) items will be here soon.

There are a few things left to decide about the engine.

We need to find a good local machine shop, and I hope he gets some Darton sleeves installed. (He heard the stock sleeves will only hold 20psi. With the $$ and parts he is installing I think new sleeves is a good idea for more power and safety.)

We also need to decide how to set up his fuel system… We were looking at the Altered Atmosphere system, but we might be able to set it up ourselves fine… don’t know yet.

For the clutch he went with ATS Twin Disc Carbon Clutch.

Question: For 500whp what size injector would be good? Like 750cc?

I think it will be a few more months after all the stuff arrives… At least.

And BTW! RaceLogic Traction control is awesome!

The car won't be much to look at for a while... He is leaving the body, wheels and suspension alone and going all power from the get-go. Super stealthy.

Wow going for 500hp?

Those stock wheels/tires won't be wide enough for that even with the traction control.

Just a note on the unit itself... It can only view 255 songs per folder on a DVD.

And when you random it will only random in the selected folder. (Both are kinda anoying!)

So we got started at 8:00pm today and had some fun ripping apart a new car.

We ended at 12:00am wanted sleep for early start.

Right before we started.

Just a shot of the IC

Still getting ready.

Got the damn bumper off... LOTS of little screws and clips.

Taking off exhaust... What a PITA! (Tuff bolts)

Got the intake tube off... (Yes its dark outside so the pic is a little dark.)

Upper Mani is next on the hit list!

Lower intake Mani all nakid.

Look ma no mani... The cars on the rag.

And in this pic the coil pak's are removed and so is the injector loom.

Yea and it only uses Sirius and not XM which kinda sucks. Although I've never tried Sirius

if you are going to build the motor go with 8.5:1 pistons and you can get over 500hp with 13psi. the guys at speed force racing are getting 510hp at 13.6psi with 8.5:1 comp with there TT kit which comes with 440cc injectors although they may be close to full duty cycle so it probably wouldn't hurt to go with a 550cc injector. i have a formula around here somewhere so you can calculate what size you will need if i find it i will post it.

ok i found out how to find the right injector size

instead of rewriting it i will just post the link

http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm

i did the calculation and you will need a 656.25cc injector and since there is no such thing you will buy a 660cc. hope that helps
