I sent a message to my local dealer inquiring about availability of 2001 I30t with Navigation and recieved the following response:

Yeah I would prefer the I35 as well. I just figure an '01 I30 would be less expensive than an '02 I35...the sport package (which is a must for me coming from a G20) is also extremely hard to find....then again so is the touring package on the I30.AZhitman wrote:I'd say that's a DAMN rare car. Those cars are a HUGE bang for the buck, altho I'd prefer an 02 I35.

If sport suspension is that big of a thing for you, just buy the SE rear suspension from a 5th gen max owner... lots of folks (at least on the .org) sell their stock suspension all the time after moving to aftermarket.
