WTF? Started to freak out the other day. If I put the brights on, they would take a few pulls of the antenna to work, then they quit working entirely. New headlights a few months ago, so that is ruled out. I also checked the fuse and that is all good. I am going to pull the steering column covers and check it out tomorrow, but any thoughts?

Consult a wiring diagram to find out what is in the circuit and from there check any relays, switches, fuses, etc. that are in the circuit. Good Luck.

Not to be an a$$, but no $hit I was seeing if anyone had any tips on where I might begin my search, or if this was a common problem with an easy fix.

Haha I can solve it!!! This exact problem happened to me but only one of my high beams went out, and the indicater in the cluster wouldnt come on. Anyway the problem lies in the switch, if you take it apart you'll notice the different contacts inside, they wear out over time, in short you need to replace the entire assembly. its about $70+ new from nissan unless you find it elsewhere. I went through the harness with a multimeter starting from the headlights themselves and I ended up at the switch. I would buy a new switch because I know most of the arms on S13's have turned grey and the lables have worn off. Hope this helped

+1. I had the same problem with my pickup truck. I had the switch replaced by my mechanic (about $90) and never had a problem again... well, not with the lights, anyway.
