Brighter parking and break lights?

I installed an HID pack for my car thanks to the instructions here, woot! But now I want to make the parking and break lights brighter on the head and tail lights. Can I just get the xenon bulbs for those and stick them in or is there a better way? I'd also like to match the Hi beam color to the low beam, 6k, can I do the same for hi beam bulb or do I need a hid kit for that too?
