Bride Type MO Rails vs JIC Rails

I am wondering if anyone have experience with these? I need it to fit my Recaro Speed. I know they will fit because of the mounting plate design. My concern is that both of them seems to relocate the rails away from the transmission tunnel so I am not sure about the stability. I heard that stock recaro bracket would not work since it will make the seat sits higher.

the recaro bracket does make it sit higher. Most people use bride since it makes the seat lower.
