leaving the seats for the end bride ergo II already in the house waiting patienly
brackets will be done by wedge eng. in long beach
on another things here are another few things we are working on the cube as well
BRAILLE batterie (carbon fiber,light weight,smaller)
we are working on a custom tray since the oem is much bigger as well as the holding brackets for it
micro image (rear tow hook)
currently for the yaris we are also working on a extension bolt on piece based off the oem bracket to fit the cube easily
there,s konjure ^
yeah for some reason the oil temp gauge didnt want to work anymore after the installation so the guys at ATI helped to troubleshoot the gauge and find out the sensor was bad or damaged so rite next day they send me a new sensor and harness so we took advantage and pretty much do the whole thing new, we installed the longer version of the oil block adaptor as well as the new sensors on it the new oil temp sensor and the oil press sensor (to replace the volt gauge) so with all this in hand we just did a oil and filter change so here are a couple pics from what we did last night and the rest will be done today evening
you can see the old oil block adaptor and the new one longer version as well as the sensors fitted in
back seat is almost done i been doing it myself and i can tell you the level of difficulty is a straight biotch lol! but i gotta finish it for motion (2days) i cant put pics yet...after the show i will post, i have a copy cat around the show scene so i cant post stuff that easy now, front setas wont be on for motion as much as i want to because i want to put them on as well as those takata harness
thank you ^^ my oil block adaptor is from ac autotechnic (long one) i had the short one but the wiring was to close to the block so i was never too comfortable with it, i swap it the last time i did an oil change for the long version and it clears the gauges wiring much better
i wanted more gauges on but everyone that sees it they say it looks perfect the way it is rite now more gauges may kill it too much or too many for this kind of car...
seat is on back on the cube we install it back last night, looks very sharp
k so motion was last weekend was a really nice turn for the cube you will see here why hee hee!, we had the only cube on the whole show...and we got placed in the center of our team set up to match our sponsor team nos energy drinks...i will start with pics of the rear bench seat all finished in bride then after that some more pics of the cube...sorry i didnt cover other rides for us after so many years showing nothing really impressed us...only our hybrid lambo, nissan gtr and jaguar xj lol!
new simota carbon fiber oil catch can on the cube...courtesy of micro image
thank you burke yeah of my team friends said that about making the engine cover in carbon i guess he haves a good conection with ait so his gonna see if they can do it for me...only if is real carbon i still cant get used to the Di-Noc 3m carbon sticker
thanks chomps ^ yeah robin keep tweeting pics of the whole proccess, removing the whole bench seat out taking off the oem upholstery then start the bride upholstery, took me a couple nights to finish i know how to use the sweing machine and make cut for this kinds of stuff so
the rear bench seat is really heavy for those who guess how heavy it is...i will say easy 200lb.
yeah we had to take it off the cube really careful and not scratch the paint with the sharp edges, it feels great when you feel the seat now actually, makes me wish we had the front bench seat like the jdm cube,s
yeah that bar is made for the toyota celica but it will fit the versa (latio) jdm as well i pretty much eye balled it and test fit and it did fit perfectly..i really like it because with that i dont need to run an nrg harness bar for my takata belts or bolt them on other places and once you install the nrg harness bar it gets really dangerous to have someone seat in the back..is pretty much impossible if you are responsible lol! with the ultra racing bar i dont need to worry about that because it seats really low on the floor but yeah it fits the cube really good as you can see in the pics
rite now i had to remove the rear strut bar because it gets on the way of the sound system, as much i didnt want to, the way im making the fiber glass system, the bar cant be left on i even try to put it on backwards but it looked like it was too much all together once is all finish
