Brick headlight question

Ok, so I recently got my headlight setup, including the lights, corners, grill, and brackets. The brackets, I thought, would be opposing since you mount them on opposite sides of the car. The ones I have match as in they look exactly the same. Now, if you flip one of them over, they are opposing but one is open on top and the other is solid. Now, Ive tried to find info on here about the swap and/or the brackets, but anything I can find is just stuff showing a before and after... nothing showing the brackets being installed. So, any help would be appreciated.

You're good. They should look like this:



Just line them up like that and they will go into the pre-drilled holes. Really not much more to it.

That confused me when I did mine just not too long ago just line them up and they bolt right in
