whats everyone using for a breather filter on the exhaust side valve cover? I had a catch can set up...but now with my top mount setup..i really dont have much room to run hoses or mount the catch can

I tried my old breather that i had on my old sohc CA18....but the body is too big in dia. and hits the valve cover...so i can't even slip it onto the valve cover barb. Is there a skinnier breather that clears? Only other thought i had was to cut off the 90 degree barb...so the valve cover barb points straight out towards the fender....but I don't really want to have to do this.

You can run as much hose as you need to a catch can. I have been looking for a solution to mine, I though I would just run the tube over to my passenger frame rail and mount a little catch can near the old battery tray side.

What sort of "top mount" do you mean? Intercooler or turbo...

turbo......

here's a link. As you can see...not a whole lot of room to mount a catch can.I could always mount it down low I guess.....like on the frame rail or something

Problem solved.........the whole barb rotates...so I just rotated it so it points up.
