I have about 30k on my coupe. I replaced the break pads around 15k, thought that was the reason why I was hearing the squealing noise. The noise still occurs. I notice it when I come to a stop at a red light or stop sign. I don't ride my breaks. I was told my the mechanic that my rotors are fine. What should I do???

the first sign something was wrong was replacing your pads at 15k. They should last longer than that. Im at 33k and replacing mine for the first time tomorrow. Talk to your dealer. I think their was a recall for the altima brakes awhile ago

my brakes also squeal, it seems to only do it in the mornings though when i first start to drive my car, then it goes away after a couple presses on the brake while driving... and during the later evening when it's really hot or really cold (Cali cold, below 65 degrees)... dust maybe?

I have the same problem, I think. Mine squeak when I go to stop, but it's only in a certain position...not very high pitched either. I think it's just dust, but I haven't gotten around to actually cleaning them to find out..

Guys, if you use the search button you would find that there was a service recall on some of the calipers on the AC's... Bring it in for service!

I tried searching for the service recall but had no luck. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.
