check your ignition timing and make sure you dont have any leaks around the IM. could be a boost leak.

i'm a fan of iridium; try different set of spark plugs (try NGK BCPR7ES,pn#3330 ) and gap your spark plugs to 0.8mm;

I dont think so the only mods that i have on the motor is walburo fuel pump fmic and new intake manifold I wouldnt think that would lean me out I thought that it was an ignition problem like I was blowing out the spark or mabey that my maf isnt able to keep up or tps sensor needs adjustment and when the engine sputters it smells like fuel

I know my buddies have this problem a lot with thier RB25s and it mostly due to the stock timing map in the ECU.

this is not rev limiter. A lot of people have this problem. And basically the way to cure it is leaving stock boost, or using some sort of managment of fuel and air. Standalone of course being the best way to cure it.
