Yes they are stock, entire car is stock, nothing changed.

Yes. Corrosion changes the resistance of the bulbs. Are you sure even the little lights in the front turn signals are working correctly? There are 2 lights in the front turn signal.
And for the TBL, open the hatch and remove the center portion of the interior cover of the hatch. There should be 4 bulbs, IIRC. The contacts on those bulbs as well will get corroded and send an improper signal to the brake light sensor. Remove the bulbs, and clean the connection on the brake light side, clean the bulb contacts on the good bulbs, and replace any blown ones. Reinstall everything and if the light still comes on, repeat the process for the main brake light bulbs.
And checking the turn signal lights isn't bad bro. There's 3 bulbs. One in the back, and two in the corner light.
