I know some info on the 300zx 26mm, 30mm AL and 30mm Iron, but I was wondering if someone could break down what is the real big difference between that and the stock 240sx's calipers,

is it just plug and play and no need to change the rotors?

and most importantly, what are the ups and downs on AL vs Iron and which may be the better choice? Thanks. . .
