Brand New V

whats goin on guys my name is mike, from baltimore maryland.

im 20 years old. from the time i got my first car up until about a month ago i had a 99 sentra. it was my baby. always wanted a new car but it never seemed practical considering the car when i got it had 21k miles on it. so i just took care of it. slowly but surely things just kept going down hill. new exhaust, leak in the exhaust valve blah blah blahhh. then i crashed the mofo. (thank god!)

since it was a 99 and in pretty moderate condition it was pretty much a lost cause with 4,500 in damage.

4 days later this V was mine. they had a plethora of different styles colors and packages, this was the most "loaded" for the money. i wanted alloy wheels, and needed at least the upgraded sound system (really wish i coulda gotten the rockford fosgate). this one was the best i could get.

they had a light blue one FULLY loaded. but the payment was a bit more than i wanted to spend (kinda wish i got it at this point) plus it was baby blue, and i couldnt see myself in a baby blue car.

well heres my stock baby (as if you guys havnt seen stock v's yet) haha



i went for the tan interior as opposed to the black interior. partially because i feel like EVERYONE has the black interior. i like the comfort i feel with lighter interior too. i know it has nothing to do with the actual comfort, but i feel like its a bit more visually soothing haha.

i also opted out of the rear spoiler, i just kinda felt like it was "too much" or "try hard".

im kinda poor right now but once i have extra money rims and springs will be top priority.

tints are getting put on for my birthday, probably 35%, possibly a windshield strip.

im DEFINATELY getting the pin stripe taken off asap. i hate it. the car already has awesome lines so im not sure why the dealer put a pinstripe down the side.

id like to do a full tail light smoke. and im also taking the "versa" and "sl" off the back.

probably wont do exhaust because after i lower it im almost certain living in baltimore city id slowly destroy my car.

Congrats on your Versa and welcome... Looking forward to seeing any changes or whatever it is that you plan on doing to the V. Hope you enjoy you V as much as the rest of us do... BTW, I like the tan interior

Welcome. And make sure this is bumped occasionally. We are in the middle of implementing new sections and moving a lot of things around.

Welcome and congrats on your purchase.I think the black is nicer than the baby blue, lol, you made a good choice! Plus the tan interior really compliments the black look! Just tint those windows and it will look amazing!!!!

Welcome to the forums!That tan interior does look great with the Black exterior. Only thing I don't like about the tan interior is that its really light and will probably show everything... but I guess my black interior does as well. lol
