Hello everyone, I would like to introduce myself to these forums since I think they should be helpful in my quest of the 240sx! I picked up this 92 240sx today for $1350, 175k miles, stock engine still runs. Engine was misfiring, changed the sparkplugs and sparkplug wires today. The sparkplug wires were completely melted(pic tommrow) and a pain to get out. I will have more pics tommorow, but here is a sneak peak of the new beater!

What do you guys think, there's minimal rust, a little dinged and dented up. Frame rails are solid and most importantly it runs! Lets see how long I have! I do know about the search function, but feel free to give me any tips that come to your mind, or any stories about your first 240.

Welcome and do upload more pics. Other then that just do the regular maintenance, plugs, wires, like you already did, and just get it running right before you do anything else.

So nevermind about the engine running. The headgasket is blown so bad it was leaking out of my catalytic converter! Time for a swap!

So found a s13 sr20det, all i need is the wiring harness and a ecu. I dont have much money to afford a stand alone, but a code 62 would have it running right?
