Brand new tensioner gone bad? 09 coupe 2.5s

I changed the tensioner, and the belt on my car but after a month the car vibrates on stop lights when the rpm drops. On top of that when the car is not warm enough, and I try to pull it from the garage, the belt gives me a couple of chirp noises. The noises are gone when the car reaches normal engine temperature.
