all depends on the size of the turbo and the amount of air being moved by the motor at low idle. it's normal as long as you know you're getting oil to it you'll be good.

thanks bro...its a t3t4 .50 trim...yup its geting oil pressure...cos the fitting was leaking...put some thread tape on it and now its away with no leaks...so its because at the low rpm the exhaust gases arent strong enough to spin the turbo???

yup thats right. the bearing style has a little to do with it too. Ball Bearing spins very easy and will even keep spinning after the engine is shut off. you have a journal bearing turbo though so it wont spin like that.

I cant really understand what your asking but i think your talking about breaking in the turbo. Like any new moving part i part on my car, i try to give it a couple hundred mile break in period. So with the turbo, keep boost low for the first couple hundred miles then i would gradually start turning the boost up to where you want it. id be carefull though if your not tuned yet for the setup.
