I recently pulled my plenum on my 1991 na to replace the valve cover gaskets, the spark plugs, and convert the injectors to the phase 2 style. After getting it back together, the car runs but I've found that only 3 of the injectors are actually "ticking" when I put a screwdriver to them and listen. when i unplug the coil pack connectors on the cylinders with non firing injectors, the idle does not change so those cylinders are misfiring. I'm getting 13-14 volts to all the injectors and i have spark on all cylinders. There are no check engine lights and the only code the ECU is throwing is 33 which is the driver side 02 sensor. The cylinders that are misfiring are 1,2, and 5. If anybody have any idea please let me know!!! I'm pretty new to these cars so any help is greatly appreciated! thank you!

All of the injectors are also testing around 11 ohms. Is it possible that I just got a bad set of injectors?
