So i just changed all four rotors and all brake pads and replaced front brake lines... Me and my dad bled the brakes countless times but still I am not getting very good response when I press down on the brake pedal... i have to press it all the way down for it to brake and if i pump it, it brakes really good... could there still be some air in the lines or what can it be??

Did you follow the correct brake bleeding procedure outlined in the 300zx service manual which you can find online with a quick search. You will need to bleed the abs pump in order to remove all air bubbles. (This is shown in the manual)
