I recently purchased a 2009 G37 and when I press on my breaks I feel like a get a sudden stop and like the car pushes back. I brought in for service a few weeks ago and the advisor told me this was common. Is this true? Please help!

When you release the gas pedal... it is like something pulls it back.. I feel that on my G too.. I think it is common. I got AT I don't know about MT.

You got a lot of brake dust on the side too?

Yes I feel like something pulls it back. Have you brought your car in for service?

No brake dust on the side that I am aware of.

Proper brake pedal feel should be even, constant & smooth throughout the pedal range. If not, there is an issue.

Nope, not for that reason... I guess I will ask that when I bring my car in next time for service. I read on the other forums. Some said becoz of the weight of the G, since the G37 is pretty heavy car. But I don't think that is the reason. Maybe some smart tech guys in here will give a better answer..
