I installed new 5-lug hubs to replace the old 4-lug ones. My cars has ABS, but the new 5-lug hubs do not have a toothed ring for the ABS sensor. Since installing the new hubs, if I bring the car over 40mph, the brakes become disabled. This is a very scary sensation, but I know now that is has to do with the ABS. If I pull the ABS fuses out, this problem goes away. I need a solution to keep the ABS system functional, either a new toothed ring that will fit the new hubs (the ring popped off the old hubs but they sit too loosely on the new hubs) or a ring that can fit inbetween the old toothed ring and the new hubs.

why didn't you buy ABS hubs if your car has ABS?

I got them off eBay a WHILE ago, I can't even look up the purchase history at this point, but I KNOW I wouldn't have just got them and said "screw it" if it wasn't ABS. I usually do loads of research prior to every purchase, but I guess I just have to chock these hubs up as a loss and get the real deal. Thanks for the criticism/insight guys, newbies like me need that.

Haha, I tried that. I just installed an R33 brake setup in the fronts and these babies lock up pretty quick. I really wouldn't care as much if I didn't learn about why ABS is so much more effective in my Physics class haha.
