hey guys im in the process of buy a 90 5 speed hatch. i was test driving it and the brakes went flat the rotors and pads look relatively new. so i checked if the brake master cylinder was good and it was fine so. u guys have any other ideas wat it could be. maybe who ever did the brakes didnt bleed them good enough? any ideas?

yeah i would try bleeding them if there is air in the system it will go flat.

If you pump the brakes is there any pressure or is it allways flat?

yea when you press the bakes it goes flat

did you tighten the bleeder valve? are u leaking breke fluid?

I would still bet on air and a lot of it. start with the back brakes first bleed them and then go to the front. Make sure your master cylinder never runs out of fluid while beeding or you will get air and have to start over.
