Well the fronts do 70% of the stopping the rears only do 30% of the stopping on the regular car/Q45. On a Q45a: Active suspenion the rear does more braking because the car stays more level.

Good and easy way to tell is to see where most of the brake dust is, if there is some on the front wheels and aboslutly nothing on the rear wheels, then your rear brakes just might not work.

If there is rust on any rotor then that caliper just might not work at all.

In Tampa, you need new fluid every two years to keep MS and ABS system from deteriorating. How fresh have you kept yours?

I don't think you have confirmed that the rear brakes do not work. Rear brakes do very little work compared to the fronts. You could measure the stopping distance from 60 MPH and compare to new.

Unfortunately almost all tires do not comply with OEM fast wear specifications [160-200 treadwear index] so impossible to meet oem brand new 129 feet from 60 mph...........data log a panic stop and count the front vs rear ABS cycles.

You didn't say whether pads and rotors are OEM or aftermarket?

When did you last replace your shocks?

Does your parking brake work?

Did you measure your hub run out and/or true your rotors before mounting?

You can rebiuld them yourself for $7 if you buy the caliper repair kit from Joe at Infiniti of Scottsdale or a dealer near you.--Labor costs more than parts. 2 hours work MAX

Or you can buy 2 brand new calipers.--parts cost more than labor. 1 hours work MAX.

If the rear brakes are actually not working then the problem is:-a fluid leak-air in the lines (most likely since you opened them up to bleed them)-super hard rear pads

Are you positive you bled them completely? Did you bleed the ABS unit also? Can you make the rears lock up/ABS actuate in the rear? Nose dive is normal under hard braking, especially in a car with a soft suspension. Consider a re-bleed, maybe do all 4 and ABS unit to be safe. Never hurts to flush out some old fluid.
