When you guys get brakes, is it best to just do a complete service or just have the rears or fronts replaced? my rear linings right now is 3mm. and my fronts according to the dealership is 10mm.

Being a former mechanic the general rule of thumb is that you replace the fronts twice before the rear get replaced once.

You can do a complete job but the rears just need adjustment at the first service interval for front replacement.
