Brakes

V8 240sx? Sure! If either the chassis OR the engine is non-Nissan (i.e. SR20 in an RX-7 or LS1 in a 240sx), we've done it.

What have you guys been doing with your brakes after the LS1 swaps? I am assuming that larger brakes are needed, but I do not know for sure. I would like to hear what everyone has done. Thanks!

the only reason you are going to need a brake upgrade is because of the significantly more momentum the car has because of the power.

not because of the weight (i just wanted to make that clear)

anyway, if your street driving, your stock s14 brakes with good pads and fluid will work fine. if your on track id seriously consider saving for a real big brake kit.
