My brake pedal has been going further down to the floor and it seems to take a little more pressure to stop at speeds over 40. I have new brake pads but i was wondering if i need new rotors also. Wouldn't their be a sqeaking noise if i needed new rotors? The brake fluid is maxed out, should i try changing it with new fluid?

If your fluid was ever left in too long, your master cylinder could be failing. Be very careful.
