brakes sticking

i have a 91 q-45...all four brakes are sticking....do i need to change out the calipars or is the brake fulid bad...

Brake fluid has nothing to do with them sticking, though the fluid should be replaced regularly. You need to disassemble the calipers and clean and lubricate the slide pins real well.

thanks....i will do that and let you know how it went....also i an a q with the active susp...i saw a kit online where i can convert the active susp over to non active...how would this affect the ride of my car....to stiff to bare or would it be bouncey evertime i hit a bump or pot hole.....or would it give me the ride of a standard q45.....your help is greatly needed and thanks alot...

If it's the kit from one of our sponsors, it should make the Q like a standard Q. An "a" in good condition is a phenomenal experience from what I hear, but admitedly expensive to maintain and service. Most of us have standard Qs, and those who keep theirs close to as-new have mostly good things to say about the ride. Some find it a little stiff, but there's always trade-offs.

I had my active converted to standard. I have Tokico Blues on all four corners and Energy Suspension bushings. The ride is very firm and that's the way I like it.

The person who did the conversion for me ordered the parts from Joe @ Scottsdale.
