Squeaking is coming from my front wheels while driving and it stops as soon as any brake pressure is applied. Obvious answer is that the pads need to be replaced (i's been a few years), but I want to make sure it's not the wheel bearings due to FX 20's. I almost remember I might have heard the squeaking after the brakes had been replaced, but I can't remember.

its probably your pads if it is a squeaking noise. Wheel bearings would make a loud humming noise. Unless you were drifting in your car. I wouldn't worry about the wheel bearings. I would change the pads and have the rotors turn. For some reason our rotors have a tendency to overheat and warp easier than most others.

Below are some links for the pads i use, very good price compared to other sites and pretty good shipping as well

As the above poster said, wheel bearings don't squeak. They make a roaring noise kinda the same as very low profile tires. To test wheel bearings, stick your car on a lift and turn them. If they're grinding, then they're bad. Depending on how much driving you do, brakes need to be serviced every year or two. So if it's been a few years, they definitely need doing! Your rotors might need resurfacing or replacing as well.
