brakes not working

i have an 86 nissan 720 and changed the front calipers both and hoses master cylinder and boster plus all rear breakes and had them bled and they still dont work they pump up but once u stop then hit them again to the floor same when truck is on but when it is on the engine sputter as u pump

Check the vacuum hose to the booster.

no luck with hose seemed to improve drove it around and has minimal brakes

Are the calipers on the right sides? I have run into that before. Bleeders should be pointing up.

bleeder is on bottom pointing up
