Brakes not workin properly

when I push the brake pedal it goes down very easily and I dont stop to well. It just started doin it yesterday. I checked the fluid and the pads and rotors but everything seemed alright. Do I need to just Bleed em and Get some new fluid in there or possibly is the master cylinder goin bad?

my new car!sold this to get it. the neon ran 14s w/ nitrous.

I got sick of the ricey ****, so Im goin take my sweet time on this and focus on more performance than looks.
