This rotors are about 6 months old maybe if that, i recently replaced just the calipers and brake pads and also did a whole brake fluid change, bleed all the lines adjust back brakes and all.
Brakes feel spongy and its not braking fast enough for me, then i noticed the rotors not being cut by the pads properly as if the calipers aren't applying enough pressure to rotors.
Look at the pictures, how ever i did not change the caliper mounting bracket nor the guide pins.

id re-bleed the brakes

also, you need to pull your guide pins and re-grease them

they are seized / sticking - hence the uneven wear

^ Correct.

I'm guessing something went wrong when bleeding the brakes.

in addition the rotors look like they might be glazed from overheating, possibly the result of the guide pin stickiness mentioned above. Might have to replace the pads and turn the rotors.

Where do you live to get rotors that rusty in 6 months?

Brand new un-coated rotors will surface rust in a few hours.

Check out the backing plate - That's a rust belt vehicle. Next time, buy rotors with zinc coating. :)

Well i change all 4 pins and one of them had became part of the caliper bracket so i took bracket to my mechanic and help me with his torch to get that one pin out, cleaned the one hole and put a new pin in now all i have to do is bleed the front brakes one more time and see what happens.

Yeah i don't think the rotors are zinc coated.

Did you replace the rubber boots that protect the pins? And were they greased with good brake grease?

You'll need to bleed ALL the brakes (not just the front). Make sure to start at the right rear wheel (in order: RR / LR / RF / LF).

Replaced all but 1 rubber boot, i lost it it disappeared on me so i put one of the old ones back, i got to order a new set of boots.
Yes also greased the pins real nice and yes i re-bleeded all sides again.
Now im going to take it to work for the rest of the week and see if the rotors stay smooth this time, my mechanic re-cut them for me.
