When Im at an almost stopped speed, or like backing out + braking, my brakes make a loud spring noise. Like a poping/compression of a spring. Anything to be worried about? Is it also normal for my wheels to squeak at different times per braking?

Tension rods more than likely.

How would that work out? Just from braking? Shouldnt be the bushing, because I replaced those around this time last year with ES urethane ones.

Check the bolts to the lower control arm, retorque them to proper spec.

Tension rods prevent for and aft movement of the wheel under braking and acceleration.
